CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule request. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the client will be charged 100% of the full service amount. This charge is non-refundable. Same-day cancellations, last-minute reschedules, and no-shows will also result in a 100% non-refundable charge of the scheduled service total. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When cancellations happen without proper notice, it impacts our schedule and prevents other clients from booking that time. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following: • A valid card on file may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows • All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited booking privileges or require full prepayment for future appointments • Clients who arrive late may need to shorten or reschedule their service, and charges may still apply Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
